AJ’s culinary journey began in a household where food was a central part of family life. Growing up surrounded by loved ones who cherished home-cooked meals ignited his desire to create dishes that would bring joy to others.

AJ took a significant step in his career by co-founding the food truck in 2023. Here he crafts innovative recipes infused with southern flavors, drawing inspiration from the cherished memories of his childhood.

When AJ is not busy creating exceptional dishes or inspiring others, he enjoys spending quality time with his family & fishing with friends.

With deep love for food and an unwavering commitment to sharing his knowledge, AJ continues to make his mark in the culinary world, one delicious dish at a time.

Growing up in a household with my father being a chef ignited my love for food & inspired me to pursue a career in the food industry. With years of experience under my belt, I’ve successfully launched & managed multiple businesses, each reflecting my commitment to quality, innovation & servicing the community.

As a foodie by day and night, I relish every opportunity to explore new flavors and culinary trends. When I’m not immersed in the food industry, I cherish my role as a mother & love creating lasting memories with my family. I also enjoy taking vacations to recharge and discover new culinary experiences around the world.

I believe that food brings people together. I’m excited to continue sharing my passion through my ventures.
